 Bike Lanes on Google Maps
http://gizmodo.com/5490018/google-maps- ... for-springThis was on the ole Gizmodo today. Quote: Google added bike lanes and bicycle directions to Google Maps today, allowing you to find routes that aren't too hilly or congested. It's pretty awesome!
Bike functionality is available for over 150 American cities at the moment, but it's safe to assume that, like everything Google does, it will eventually expand to cover most of the planet.

Re: Bike Lanes on Google Maps
Hope I can figure it out on my Droid. I use my gps turn by turn, and click walking to get my ride routes.

Re: Bike Lanes on Google Maps
remember, it's still in beta, so if you get a bunk route (saw one that routed a guy down MLK/West St. when Capitol would have been a much better option for the destination), report it so they can improve it. tell them which streets are general no-go's for bikes. without our input, it won't get any better.
